Pilates Timetable

All classes include reformer equipment work to improve strength, tone, posture and flexibility

 

Classes consist of core abdominal work, exercises to enable pain free function while caring for bubs, exercises for return to sport or improving endurance for sport. There is also a component of education, stretching, yoga,  breathing and meditation to address the stresses of daily life.
